The Women in Leadership Forum (WLF) is FIE’s dedicated initiative to empower women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals across industries. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by women in leadership roles, WLF provides a supportive ecosystem to encourage their career advancement, confidence-building, and networking opportunities.
This community fosters discussions on gender diversity, inclusive leadership, work-life integration, and strategies to break the glass ceiling. Through leadership dialogues, panel discussions, mentoring programs, and peer networking, WLF creates a platform where women can share experiences, inspire one another, and collectively influence change in organizations and society.

Guidelines:
Members should attend at least 2 mentorship sessions per semester.

Participation in leadership campaigns and case events is mandatory.

Female students enrolled in PGDM, MBA, or commerce programs.
