Refund Policy

• Refunds are eligible only until the approval of registration request. After approval or 3 days from registration, no refunds will be processed.
• Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you regarding its status.
• If approved, your refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
• Refund credit time may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
• Full refunds will be issued if your registration is denied by the NMO 2019 Committee.
